About Us
North Star Phoenix Inc. is a local 501(c)3 started in June of 2023. We serve senior citizens and disabled in the Grangeville, Idaho community. We connect local volunteers with seniors and disabled in the community for a wide range of requests, including grocery delivery, tech assistance, small gardening projects, and more!
Most of us WANT to volunteer in our small community, but most don’t know how, or cannot commit to a scheduled timeframe.
Phoenix Helpers are volunteers that can spare some time when it works for them. By having a pool of volunteers, we can send out a needs request to many people, and the person who has time can complete it.

We’re raising money for the first phase of our transportation startup to serve senior citizens in the Grangeville community. We’re just in the beginning stages, so we’ve set up this campaign with a goal of $3,275.
This will go towards phone service, background checks, a new/used computer, ID badges for our volunteers, a PO Box, business cards, and general liability insurance. This should cover all these costs for 1 year.
We have a vehicle being donated (small SUV), what a blessing! The Phase 2 donation campaign will include costs associated with getting that car up and running.
As we move forward, we are budgeting for current needs, and looking ahead trying to secure funding in the future.
